Wine Club Policies
Wine Club Policies & Agreement
There is no fee to join the wine club and you may sign up anytime online or at our tasting room. As a member, you agree to all terms and conditions of this membership.
By becoming a member, you verify that you or the recipient of the wine club is at least 21 years of age. You authorize TerraVin Cellars to charge your credit card two times per year, once for each release.
Club wines for each season are pre-selected by TerraVin Cellars with the option to customize. Additional wines may be added to your shipment, excluding wine club wines (shipping fees will apply). Customization or additions to your shipment must be made through your Member Account prior to the specified club processing date.
TerraVin Cellars primary form of communication with members is email. Pre-shipment notifications will be sent to members prior to processing. We advise checking spam filters if emails are not being received prior to club processing.

By completing the club checkout, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the terms of the Wine Club Agreement.
Release Information
There will be two (2) wine club releases every year: one in the spring and one in the fall, with release dates TBD each year. By joining this wine club member, you agree to allow TerraVin Cellars to charge your credit card for each wine club release, along with any additions you may have. The wine releases will be selected by TerraVin Cellars, and you will have the option to add any additional wines that you would like, excluding the wine club release wines. Any additions must be made within 7 days of the release date, after which time your credit card will be charged. You will be notified of the release dates throughout the year via newsletters and/or email communications.
Billing Information
The club releases will be charged to the credit card on file prior to wine shipping. Please be sure that you have provided your current credit card information. Any updates or changes to this information must be made prior to the release date. In addition, any address changes must be made online through your Member Account or in writing at least 5 days prior to your wine being shipped.
Purchases, tax and shipping are non-refundable once they have been processed.
Shipping Information
Federal law requires all wine shipments to be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age. As such, a daytime delivery address, preferably a business address, is required.
Shipments CANNOT be delivered to any PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes.
TerraVin Cellars is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments or changes made after the deadline. If a shipment is returned for an incorrect address or three failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the additional cost of reshipping. Club releases, taxes and shipping are non-refundable once they have been processed. Costs may change without notice. If wine is returned and the customer fails to pay the reshipment costs, the wines will be considered abandoned and will be returned to TerraVin Cellars for restocking. All purchases, tax and shipping are non-refundable.
Please keep in mind that orders may take several days to be processed prior to shipping. A shipping date will be included in the club processing emails.
To keep shipping costs down, all shipments will be shipped via UPS ground. We may automatically hold shipments during times of extreme weather to protect your investment.

Winery Pickup / Will Call
For Pickup members, TerraVin Cellars requests that you pickup your purchase within 3 weeks of the release date. After this time, we cannot guarantee your wine selection availability and any changes to selections may be limited and must be of equal or greater value. Should the customer request, TerraVin Cellars, if possible, will try and accommodate additional storage time to allow club members to pick up their purchase. However, should the customer wish to have their purchase shipped, they will be responsible for all shipping charges, fees or taxes that apply.
If shipping is not available in your area, a date of pickup must be arranged. If your order is not picked up within 4 weeks, we will consider your order abandoned and it will no longer be available. Club releasees, taxes and shipping are non-refundable once they have been processed.
Cancellations / Holds / Skips
Membership cancellations must be made in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the next shipment to our email at info@terravincellars.com. Club wine purchases, tax and shipping are non-refundable once they have been processed.
You may request to hold your membership for a designated period of time. Membership benefits will be suspended until the Hold is removed. Requests for Holds must be made in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the next shipment to our email at info@terravincellars.com and a Hold End Date must be provided.
Club wine purchases, tax and shipping are non-refundable once they have been processed.
